Quintanar de Los Reyes, a lakeview gated community near Tilaran
Quintanar del Los Reyes has opened for sales just before the village of San Luis after a couple of years of permitting and infrastructure preparation. Of the 18 lots, one will contain a commercial center and another a park. The lakeview lots, which range from 1 to 3 acres in size, are quite varied, some flat, some quite steep, but most gently sloped. Several lots have been sold. The development is to include a small commercial center of 3 or 4 shops, a park, and an ecological path through the community. Prices for these lakeview lots range from $130,000 to $185,000. The development company, landmark, has archtectural and construction arms, which may be used to design and construct a buyer's home. Entrance is off the paved Tronadora road about 5 minutes from Tilaran. About half a mile farther on this road is the Puerto San Luis Resort and Yacht Club on San Luis Cove, where there is a floating dock and a launch ramp.
